14 daysThe delivery of the Product to the Customer is payable, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Product delivery costs (including charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are indicated to the Customer on the Online Store website in the “Delivery costs” tab and when placing the Order, including when the Customer expresses his will to be bound by the Sales Agreement.
Pick-up of the Product in store is free of charge.
The Seller provides the Customer with the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product:
- Courier, cash on delivery.
- Pick-up of the Product available on working days from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Przedzalniana 6L, 15-688, Białystok.
The delivery of the Product to the Customer may take up to 7 Working Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. In the case of Products with different delivery times, the delivery date is the longest given date, which, however, cannot exceed 7 Working Days. The start of the period for delivery of the Product to the Customer is as follows:
-If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account or settlement account. -If the Customer chooses the method of payment in cash on delivery – from the date of the Sales Agreement.
The date when the Product is ready for the pick-up by the Customer – if the Customer selects a in-store Product pick-up, the Product will be ready within 7 Working Days, unless a shorter period is specified in the description of the Product or when placing the Order. In the case of Products with different dates of readiness for pick-up, this date is the furthest date provided, which, however, cannot exceed 7 Working Days. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller when the Product is ready for pick-up. The start of the period for in-store pick-up by the Customer is as follows:
– If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account or settlement account.
– If the Customer chooses cash on delivery – from the date of the Sales Agreement.
Methods and time of delivery
We use the services of the following shipping companies: DPD (www.dpd.com.pl), Rohlig-Suus (www.suus.com). Depending on the purchased goods, its specifics, weight and dimensions, we adjust the appropriate carrier and type of shipment. Couriers deliver parcels between 8.00 a.m. and 4 p.m., delivery at a different time is a matter of goodwill of the courier only.
We remind you that in the case of parcels over 29.5 kg, the courier is not obliged to bring the goods inside the Buyer’s premises. The courier delivers such shipments to the Buyer’s building as close as possible, taking into account the condition of the road infrastructure.
