These striking yet exceptionally discreet bathroom fixtures have become a true adornment in private homes as well as in office bathrooms and public buildings. One of the key and most noticeable benefits of concealed mixers is that all the less attractive, technical components are hidden in the wall. This is thanks to the tiles or wall cladding under which the most visually undesirable parts disappear. As a result, you get a beautiful visual effect, and the whole looks not only neat but positively elegant.

That’s not the only benefit. A big plus, especially in small bathrooms, is the space you can save by installing this type of fitting. It is also much easier to keep clean compared with traditional taps.

Where concealed mixers work best

As mentioned, the ideal setting for concealed mixers is, above all, smaller bathrooms. Space saving plus a wealth of functions make the mixer virtually indispensable. That does not mean they won’t perform in larger bathroom suites—quite the opposite. If the interiors are kept in a minimalist style, this solution is simply ideal here as well.

A whole range of possibilities

Given the very wide range and diversity of concealed mixers, they can be used in many places in the bathroom. Most often these are above the bath, above the washbasin, and in the shower. It is also worth noting that you can opt for this solution across the entire bathroom without exception, or install it only in selected areas. The most common choice, however, is the former, where concealed mixers are installed at all sanitary fixtures.

Location is not the only choice concealed mixers offer. This category of fittings provides a broad range of models: single-lever and two-handle variants, showers with side jets or an overhead spray. Each system allows a variety of combinations of elements, including from different sets, though as a rule it is advisable to combine elements belonging to the same sets.
